We are a husband and wife chef team with over 70 years of cooking experience between us. Hector Arroyo is a chef who honed his skills on the streets of Guanajuato Mexico as a bonafide taquero. His cuisine is Mexicana Original but with his own special hand and sabor sabroso. He uses only the freshest and finest ingredients using time tested generational recipes.
Aimee Pellegrini is a master baker and chef trained in classic Italian cuisine. Hailing from a prominent culinary family, she has been cooking in her family restaurants, her own and even on TV as a guest chef. Cooking Mexican food with Hector has become a passion and a wonderful culinary exploration!
